No. The landlord records cash, transfer, cheque, or another method, and can add VAT. The tenant sees due, overdue, and paid. Nothing is charged inside Renty.

The broker signs up in the Renty app and waits for approval. A landlord shares a vacant property. The broker accepts a listing that matches their area.
